🤔 What's changed?
Following your propose (see #376) this MR makes the
KeyboardFriendlyDecimalFormatSymbolsapublicclass so when cucumber users start to build their customLocale-aware type transformation methods they can reuse this existing code.⚡️ What's your motivation?
See issue "Getting knowledge about the current Locale within any custom @DefaultParameterTransformer" (#376).
